Once the script has been completed, the audio files can be recorded with either an OnCall, professional or your own in-house voice. At any stage, an example call can be made to preview the campaign.

Load call targets
Depending on the campaign, you can provide us with numbers to call or we can source number from our existing marketing lists. Numbers can be provided in virtually any format - our technical staff will work with the data to ensure compatibility with our system. Duplicate and invalid numbers are automatically removed. Numbers can also be "washed" against the public Do-Not-Call register.

Detailed live results are available as the system is running. Our web interface has statistical result breakdowns and can also export the data as the campaign is active. At the conclusion of the campaign, OnCall can also produce detailed audit and statistical reports upon request.
