Step 1
Define the notification
In the event of an emergency our 24 x 7 support line is available to prepare and activate the notification. After our support staff have authenticated you as an authorised user, relay the situation and any instructions you would like passed onto the call targets. Our staff will record the emergency notification and generate a test call to confirm the message is correct.
Step 2
Load call targets and activate
Define the contact list for the crisis notification using your own pre-defined target list (which can be regularly updated via the client online portal) or OnCall can provide data using either in-house marketing lists or telephone exchange number ranges.
Step 3
Monitor the progress
OnCall can keep key staff informed as to the progress of the notification. Should a phone number ring out or be busy, the system will attempt to redial again after a short period. Calls will be delivered with a unique telephone callier-id. If a caller dials this unique phone number they will be presented with the same recorded message. At any point the message can be changed or stopped by contacting the support line.
Step 4
Analyse the results
Post emergency, OnCall can provide audit reports detailing the outcome of the notification.
